We ate here for dinner. The chips were a little greasy but not too bad. Salsa had a good flavor and not too hot. The food was good. I ate a chalupa with rice and beans. The tortillas hot off the tortilla machine were good. The service was very good.

Excellent food. If you don't see it on the menu - ASK! Very friendly and efficient staff. Clean, good atmosphere ... tortilla machine. Family friendly.

We almost didn't try this place because it was rated less than four stars but since there were so many cars out front consistently, we decided to give it a try. We are so glad we did because the food and service were amazing. We got the Primo platter which includes 2 enchiladas, 1 tamale, and a chalupa - All... More

We were looking for a unique local spot for dinner and noticed a number of cars at Los Primos. Glad we did. After reviewing the menu we noticed an appetizer called the "Molcajete". It has beef, chicken, pork, shrimp, avocado slices and fried cactus with a delicious spicy sauce. It's big enough to be a dinner item by itself and... More

This was my second visit and I was not disappointed. I live in Dallas but visit Glenrose a few times a year with friends. We decided Mexican was on the menu and headed to Los Primos. We were in time for lunch - I chose the lunch fajita meal with corn tortillas and chicken. Veggies were grilled nicely, beans and... More

After long day of hiking at Dinosaur Valley State Park, my family was starving and ready for a really early dinner by 4:00 pm. We love Mexican food, and we usually don't try Mexican food in small towns while on vacation because we are usually disappointed in what we get. But we decided to give it a try, and I'm... More

We have eaten here several times, and are always satisfied when we leave. The chips and salsa are terrific! The Mexican Tacos are the very best, loaded with beef, fresh cilantro, and onions on flavorful little corn tortillas. The charro beans are out of this world delicious, and the homemade flour tortillas are a must!!! Looking forward to eating here... More

This is the finest of Tex-Mex cuisine. Obviously fresh, home made on site. Every dish and topping unique from the next. Not the same old, same old that so often ends in every item on the plate tasting the same. Chips - light, fresh, warm, crispy. Salsa, rather than picante, tomato-y, thick, and smooth . The tamale delicious even as... More

A very professional waitress handled our party of 13 with no problems. The restaurant gave us separate checks with a small service charge - so small that I added an additional tip to my bill! I liked that you could order one of the many lunch specials for dinner with a nominal charge. As others have said, the margaritas are... More

We stopped here after visiting the nearby Fossil Rim Wildlife Center which is a great place to take kids by the way.... Los Primos serves really good and authentic Mexican food as well as "North of the Border" TexMex. Fresh made tortilla's on a cool machine right in front of you. Portions are huge, and all freshly prepared. Not too... More
