Went here twice on our last visit a few years ago because it was SO good. We went back HOPING it still was...and it was!! The Chicken Salad sandwich and Tuna Salad sandwich were VERY good. YOU MUST ORDER the desert crepe...this time it was strawberry and it was FABULOUS! Next trip we will stop here again.

My husband, son and I came to Fredericksburg as part of our day in the Hill country. My son had read about the Peach Tree Tea Room. You come into a gift store first and then there is the restaurant. We went on a Saturday afternoon and had to wait 10 minutes or so. I spent the time browsing in... More

I would have given five star but for the really slow service. When the food arrived it was delicious. We were wight of us so no problem waiting. It is about 2 blocks from Main street and easy walk. The turkey burger was excellent with fresh fruits. So are the chicken salad and green salad. Every lunch order comes with... More

I warned my husband before we went in that this might be a really girly place. So many tea rooms seem to attract women with light appetites. This was definitely a place that other men found inviting as well;there were lots of them. Our meals were fresh, very tasty and nicely presented. We enjoyed a grilled chicken salad and the... More

The cheese sandwich is to die for! I have to eat mine on gluten free bread, so the portion was smaller, but is was SO good! Love the little store too!

Appetizer of fried green tomatoes was cut thin and frankly, didn't have much taste. Love Luby's better, sorry. The squash palenta soup was virtually tasteless but it was served hot. I thought for the price, the serving of spinach quiche (which was delicious), was small and came with a small salad. The jalepeno pimento cheese was awesome but I'd had... More

I love love love their soups, quiches and pimento cheese. Cynthia's recipes are the basis for the menu. I also recommend her cookbooks.

Very good food and great service. A good place to visit over a meal or a cup of tea/coffee. Popular with those living in the Hill Country.

We were shopping on Main Street in Fredericksburg, and walked a couple of block off Main Street to a fabulous lunch at the Peach Tree Tea Room. The soups, salads, and sandwiches are fabulous, and the peach flavored iced tea was the best I've ever had. We highly recommend it!
