Was just served by Deleasha and the service was amazing. We have been to many restaurants and she is excellent. The food and atmosphere was perfect. Will definitely return every time we are in Fredericksburg. Remember to ask for Deleasha.

It was incredibly hot so we opted to dine inside. Service was nice. We felt a bit sorry for our server as we went through the list of beers on the menu and he had to keep telling us they did not have it. They...More
Sorry to hear about that - it seems like you might have caught us on an off day. We do hope you'll give us another chance!
We did not plan to eat here but all the recommended restaurants we hoped to try were booked. This was recommended as an alternative by our B&B. The food was mediocre and didn't seem fresh. The German potato salad seemed canned and was the worst...More
We’re sorry the food wasn’t to your liking! We do hope you’ll come back and give us another chance.

Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and a decent array of German cuisine options. There are a few "Texanized" dishes such as the Texaschnitzel. (but it was good too). From Cabbage Rolls to Rouladen to Brats and Schnitzels you can't go wrong here.
