Cadot is probably the best restaurant offering French cuisine in the whole Dallas area. I went there with a French colleague of mine and we spent there a great evening with great food, great service and true hosts (thanks you Jean-Marie and Gerrard!!)!!

We had no idea it was prom night, but so much fun watching the high school kids all dressed up with their dates. Dining were my husband, a dear friend, and myself. It was our friend's first time & a retuning visit for us. You must ask for Benjamin Bach to be your waiter. We explain we wanted a French... More

We had not been back to Cadot for too long. It was fantastic and better than we had remembered. Plan on $50-100/person depending on your wine selection and how much of the good stuff you drink.

We love French food and wine. We made a trip to France in Oct 16 so we want to keep our memories fresh. This restaurant did just that with the food, service, wine and atmosphere. Since this was Valentine's Day, they had a fix priced menu with 3 options for the 3 courses. All was excellent but the apple tart... More

Chef Jean-Marie Cadot combines classic French culinary expertise with contemporary American nuances to create an innovative menu of superbly presented and subtly flavoured dishes. The service is elegantly skilled, and the wine list offers options to cater for the discriminating palate.

After being away from Dallas for some time, my wife and I returned to Cadot two Saturdays in a row to host two different couples, both of whom appreciate excellent menus, preparation and service. Each couple was very complimentary of Cadot, as were we. Excellent menu, superb quality, and good service: the ingredients of an enjoyable evening out.

Wonderful birthday dinner at Cadot! It was our 1st time in this restaurant. It is a bit expensive. But we will be back for special occasions.

Maybe on another day we would have enjoyed it more, this was Thanksgiving and the food for the most part was a let down. For starters the soup and salad were very good, however the main course was not as good as expected. There were only two small slices of sweet potato, a few green beans, dressing and turkey/gravy. The... More

Lunch here always makes me feel like I might be in France. Chef-owner is here most of the time and I think he is stays true to the French style of service and food preparation. Soups are always great, fish dishes well-prepared, and even the lowly hamburger is great, with tasty, crisp fries. Plate of small biegnets with three dipping... More
