Love this place a lot. Happened on this place while staying downtown an looking for a bite to eat within walking distance. The pizza is made in an open kitchen off the dining room. Service was friendly and prices were reasonable.

A fun little spot in downtown Bryan, Tx. The pizza was delicious. The waiter was a wonderful young man who was so helpful to these first timers.

My husband is in love with the pizza here...He never orders pizza from other chain stores, because Mr. G's pizza has the best crust, and it's always made freshly in the restaurant.

There is a real Mr. G, he is old and has been ruling this place for many years. They make great pizza and humongous calzones that are very popular. It is a fun evening unless you get sideways with Mr. G. It is in an old building with an eclectic mix of tables and chairs. The wine is minimal, plan... More

We have visited this pizzeria for over 14 years. Once in a while as we pass through CS/Bryan area we will stop here for their margarita pizza. I know the spelling is wrong but it is what it is. Sometimes they are heavy on the cheese, like today and sometimes they are heavy on the basil/oil, but not today. I... More

I've had good pizza here, but I'll never return. Mr. G is rude. The wait staff is over-worked and uncaring. We had a large party and wanted to slide a couple of tables together, which ticked off Mr. G. He said he'd been there "17 years and never put tables together!" Alrighty then, don't bother. We hit the door and... More

Great pizza, nice atmosphere, service is good. Prices a little high. Beer could be colder. But we are working through it.

MrG personally visited the table. What a nice touch. Great Pizza Best in Aggieland. Friendly staff. Needs more wine selections. Casual environment. Reasonable pricing. A great way to visit downtown Bryan.

Mr. G's pizza was every bit as good as I remember from my last visit years ago. And you can't beat the atmosphere - Mr. G's office is even right in the middle of the restaurant. And with the redevelopment of downtown Bryan, it stands out as one of the long time tenants.

This was a disappointing visit this evening. arrived about 6:30 and while we were seated quickly, only about 5 other tables were occupied, it was another 10 minutes before we were acknowledged by our waiter. During that time we observed that there were three dirty tables which patrons had vacated prior to our arrival but which sat there with dirty... More
