This location consistently has good service. Depiste being next to Wal Mart, it is not difficult to get in and out. The curly fries are yummy. The only downside to me is that they serve Pepsi products.

Restaurant recently remodeled (very nice) and the staff has always been friendly on my visits. I do not visit during the lunch or dinner rush, so I usually have to wait a few minutes since it is made to order and served hot. Good selection and value.
Let sleeping dogs lie. The latest round of Arby's radio ads and maybe commercials compare them to Chik Fil-A. You shot yourself in the foot. In Smyrna, Chik Fil-A is possibly THE premier fast food restaurant in Smyrna (and other cities as well). Good luck getting in the drive-thru at prime time. Arby's - that's just stoopid! Only place in the area that is worth the money. They would be consistently better if they would wait on orders before cooking up too many fries ahead of time. You can still get full for 6 bucks. Good service and fairly fresh food.
We also live down the street and visit 1 or 2 times a month. Good meal and good prices. We usually get our order to go and take it home or to the Gregory Mills Waterpark down the street.
I had worked at several fast food joints in my few short years in the business. You get free food and this is one of the few that I never tire of. Some I can eat at again after years of separation. It's simple food - not as simple as it was back when - what with all the menu... More
The kids who work at this restaurant act like they WANT to be here and are courteous as a result. If you are in the area, this Arby's is worth the detour to the "back" side of town. Very close to the Sam Davis Home, so stop on by after your tourist adventure.
I can't say anything bad about them. I love roast beef and the people that work the drive through have always been very courteous to me.
