We were there at 3:00 on a Saturday and it was packed; so I would suggest reservations, no matter what time! We opted to sit at the bar for our meal. The bartender didn't wipe away the crumbs at our area before putting down a placemat, I asked and he obliged. We then had to wait about 15 minutes for two glasses of wine, other people were getting their drinks, when we were there before them. I asked if he forgot about us, he said "no", but promptly got us our wines. After those issues, it was smooth sailing. We ordered the Bruschetta, excellent! The house salad was really, really good...so much so, I googled the dressing recipe. I had the shrimp Fra Diavolo, it was delicious, but I should've ordered the smaller portion. My husband had the Linguine di Mare, he said it was really good, until he tried my entree. LOL. We also ordered their special Garlic Bread, was not impressed at all; their regular bread is much better at no charge. After all this food, yes, we ordered Tiramasu. My husband liked it, but I've had better. Another patron at the bar had the Chocolate Zuccotto Cake...it was huge, he finished it and said it was delicious....it was probably big enough for four people. We will definitely be back, even though it's an 1-1/2 hour drive for us, the food was that good!

This was our second visit to Maggiano's Nashville. We enjoyed this visit more than the last. We had a reservation and although early the table was waiting for us. Staff are attentive and helpful, drinks and food are all served promptly. The food was very well cooked, presented and tasty. Ambiance was very good and the whole restaurant was very busy.
Choices were good and well priced, we even got meals to take home included in the price of the original orders.
Well done to everyone here. We had a great visit and hope we get to come back soon.

We had just flown in from Orlando to Nashville and went to Maggiano’s for dinner - we were tired from dealing with face masks, airplanes/airports, etc... But, wow, did we perk right up when we walked in the door of this amazing / beautiful restaurant.
You definitely feel like you have arrived to somewhere very special and the atmosphere just makes you feel ‘special’.
Jake was our waiter and there are just not enough nice things / compliments that we can say. Professional, kind, knew the menu frontwards and backwards - also, recommended GREAT, reasonably priced wine (Decoy Merlot) that paired perfectly with my Chicken Parm and my husband’s mussels dish.
This was such a memorable dinner and Jake made it the BEST!
Food is fantastic! You cannot go wrong w/ anything that you order and we felt that prices were good for the portion sizes that you get.
Maggiano’s my be a ‘chain’ restaurant, but the quality of the food feels like a family run Italian kitchen. Love it!!!

Best meal of our trip. I know it is a chain restaurant, but the food is absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Needed to take an Uber as it was off the beaten path away from our hotel and downtown. We enjoyed Chicken Parmesan and Magianno’s specialty pasta with salads. With the specialty pasta you also get a classic pasta to take home for the next day. Great deal! Awesome food, atmosphere and prices. The customer service was wonderful as well. We had a fabulous evening and I highly recommend Maggiano’s. We will absolutely be back when in Nashville!!

My husband and I had a lovely and delicious meal there tonight. The experience was good but one major red flag- we witnessed one male manager being rude to the hostesses and another male manager being very snappy, impatient, and just downright mean to a young male employee. That is unacceptable. This man appeared to be in late 40s/early 50s and the young employee looked no older than 19. Food service workers do not get paid enough to be mistreated by a manager like that. Restaurants usually only pay 2.13 an hour to servers and maybe minimum wage plus tip out to hosts and bussers...they don't even get health benefits and get mistreated by the public enough and should not be mistreated by a manager. Definitely ruined the mood.

I know food prices are soaring with inflation. Maggiano's is a perfect example of this.
When we first started going here they had wonderful specials with free meals to take with you, lasagna, ziti etc. when you purchased a meal. That gave way to a charge of $5.00 per take home meal. Then the next good value was Marco's meal for $42.50 where you got a salad to share, entrees and dessert. They have discontinued Marco's Meal and now you have to order ala carte. No big deal as the salad and ziti is only $2.50 more. No dessert has you adding on another$ 8-10.00 dollars along with the $5.00 each for the take-home entrees. This is not a problem for some, me included , but I can see where this now costs a family quite a bit more. Really $20.00 more just for 2 but it really adds up for a family.
Our server was good and the food still holds up as decent quality. No, it's not like high end Italian, but it never was.

We went twice and both visits missed the mark.
Early dinner New Years Eve was terrible. A table where we were just about sitting on top of the people next to us was so uncomfortable. Our server Sam (a woman) was not good. I asked her about the Marcos Meal. When we actually ordered we ordered everything on the Marcos meal but got our meals ala carte. Big plate of salad that we questioned when she brought to the table. We ordered 2 side salads and when we asked for the tomatoes to be on one and the avocado on the other she should have known we didn't want a big dish of salad that we had to split ourselves. I truly think she wanted to pad our bill with the ala carte items. She didn't even mention the Marcos meal which any other time we have been there and ordered items on the Marcos meal the servers always suggested it. AND you get a dessert with Marcos meal. So, in my view a dishonest maneuver on her part. She truly ruined my evening.
We returned a few weeks later, we had a gift card expiring. Won't buy those again!
We requested a booth, much better spacewise. Again, a bad server, Tiffany D. So unfriendly !!! we told her the bread didn't taste good and she said all they do is reheat bread, it's not made there. No offer to replace it. This time we got the Marcos meal. We were ignored by Tiffany, no refill of water or club soda, no asking if we were enjoying our meals. Just a scowl. We then noticed how nice she was laughing and engaging with other tables. She got friendly when she brought the dessert and check. I no longer enjoy this restaurant. It seems these servers really don't appreciate their customers and probably don't want to be there themselves either!!
We have a little money left on the gift card. After that I don't think we will return. Poor service, decent food. Just not worth the aggravation.

Everything is ala carte. The only thing you get with your high priced meal is a basket of bread. We had a table for 6 with one saucer of olive oil for dipping. So much for the pandemic - each customer should have their own. Our waiter was super slow and the food is mediocre at best. Use your $$ to go somewhere else.

Moved from Brooklyn ny to Virginia. Thought this was a real Italian restaurant. It tasted like olive garden. Terrible! To start off, the bread was horrific. The stuffed mushrooms were soaked with oil and filling was tasteless. The meatballs were mushy and had no pork or beef flavor. The raviolis were supposed to be a pesto cream sauce and they added red sauce on top of the cream sauce. They were on the hard side with no real ricotta flavor in the middle. The owner and cooks should be embarrassed. Take a trip to NY and maybe learn how to run a restaurant. Wasted my money!

Maybe impacted by labor shortage but restaurant did not seem to be running well. Food was mostly good but ordering, plating, and timing all fell very short of expectations. Birthdays mentioned but no acknowledgement. Restaurant seemed dated and not clean. Chairs at tables very worn and uncomfortable.

We went during lunch on Monday. We decided to go early since Valentine’s Day is a bit over done and we are getting older. $90 special was awesome. I enjoyed the olive oil and bread. Most olive oils are old in flavor. We got a lovely appetizer of Mozerella, two adult beverages, entrees and two desserts. We both had lasagna (way too much we had some to bring home.) he had the butter cake it was really good and I had the tiramisu. Since the hubs doesn’t partake of adult beverages I had the pomegranate martini and the Prosecco.
The waitress was very attentive.
Kind of weird to get to the hostess stand which is up stairs. There is an elevator. We opted for the stairs burn the calories so we can enjoy dessert.

We took a girls’ trip to Nashville for my adult daughter’s birthday a couple days ago, and one of her requests was to eat at Maggiano’s. We all had eaten there two or three times in the past and had really enjoyed it. When we sat down, we waited and waited to order. Our waiter did not seem concerned about serving us the whole time, and we never were offered refills. We all ordered water, so I figured he lost interest in us as soon as he knew we would not be having a huge alcohol bill. We finally helped ourselves to a pitcher of water off of a drink cart. We watched people all around us come in after us and get served long before we were served. Our waiter gave refills to other tables, but never offered us refills….not once. I don’t know if it was a bad night for Cole, or his first day on the job. Our food was lukewarm, none of it was hot. Worst experience ever, for a Maggiano’s. Don’t know that we’ll ever go back to this one.

Had a family meal here last weekend. I was wanting a good beef item so I ordered their filet. It was cooked properly, but the cut of beef was no better than a good sirloin. (Go to Amerigos for a very good filet in an Italian-oriented restaurant). I had some appetizers, which were good. So was the bread. Other members of my party ordered Italian specialty items, which they said were very good.

Let me start by saying we love Maggiano’s and have never had a bad meal. Went today for lunch and had the pick two for $10.50 (chopped salad and chicken parmigiana sandwich), pumpkin cheesecake and a pasta to take home. As always great service (from Ricky). Chopped salad and pumpkin cheesecake were both delicious. The chicken parmigiana was not good. Very dry and flavorless. First time for everything. My wife got the flatbread and it was very good as well. So if you get the pick two lunch I recommend the soup, salad and/or flatbread. Avoid the chicken parmigiana and you will be very happy. So again we love Maggiano’s and will be back soon.

Love this chain. The food is always good and filling. The service was except all meal. I ordered the spaghetti and meatball which is what I order every time eating at one of these locations. The spaghetti is cooked just right, the sauce flavorful and the meatball awesome! The bowl may not seem big but there is more than enough food for one person.
We also ordered their dessert sampler plate which is the best of their dessert menu. Lots of tasty options for everyone. Looking forward to our next visit here soon!
