If I were just rating our experience without factoring in the food, it would be between terrible and poor. First let me address the food, it was good, appetizers better than entrees. We started with the cheese plate and garlic parmesan soup. Both were good and the bread is delicious. That was pretty much the best part of our evening.... More

We have enjoyed meals at Miel on numerous occasions ... from intimate occasions celebrating an event to large occasions for a group of 25. Each time the meal and the ambience exceeded our expectations. The owner cares about the food, customer, and experience. In a city full of new and exciting restaurants, Miel stands out as uniquely interesting and consistently... More

Overall great experience! Arrived prior to our reservation and tried a few drinks at the bar which were excellent. Give this place a try! The food was top notch as was the service!

I've been living in Nashville for six years now. And I like to think that I have eaten all of the highest rated restaurants. Was I wrong the chef here because they're amazing flavor combinations. And his ever evolving menu at the end of this meal I wanted to order another entrée or five more appetizers. Check my reviews I've... More

Seven of us went to dinner at Miel, glad we did. The staff were very good, the food was even better. A bit off the beaten path, and well worth the trip.

My first visit to Miel will not be my last. The food was excellent and the service attentive but not intrusive. I had the pork shoulder and it had wonderful flavor. French press coffee is my favorite and that is the coffee is served at Miel. All in all, I had a memorable evening at Miel.

Fresh and inventive dishes are what draws us back time and time again. The menu changes with the seasons. The tomato tart appetizer was wonderfully delicious and rich enough to serve as an entree. The smoked onion soup is a must-try. Interesting wine list, French press coffee. A new dessert menu includes a buttermilk and salted caramel panna cotta that... More

Food was excellent, service was a bit slow, but it was a very busy Saturday night. Very cool, trendy ambiance. As a slightly picky New Yorker, it passes the test.

I've been wanting to try Miel for years and finally was able to go with a friend. We were NOT disappointed! The food was delicious and I would say one of the best meals I've had in Nashville! I got the vegetarian entree which was PERFECT! It was slightly crunch from the panko and just so incredibly flavorful. My friend... More

Went with another couple -- small place -- a couple tables for six, maybe four for four, and several tables for two. Got a bit noisy but you can have a conversation. It is not fast cooking because they make wonderful food that takes a few minutes longer than a fast-food place. Bread and butter came with the meal --... More
