The food was hot and excellent. I do not like a lot of spice and my butter chicken was perfect. My husband does like spice and had Tikka masala spiced up and thoroughly enjoyed it. We were disappointed they didn’t have any “Indian” beer, couldn’t...understand if they don’t have it or we’re out of it. We had a little bit of a language barrier with our waitress. Overall this is a bright, friendly restaurant with good food.More
This is simply the best Indian Food you will ever have. My wife and I are from England and New Zealand where Indian cuisine is one of the most popular. We have eaten at Indian restaurants all over the US and nothing beats Persis Biryani...Indian Grill. The curries are thick and delicious. The flavors are incredible. If you are looking for the very best Indian restaurant ANYWHERE, then your search is over. You will not be disappointed.More
Had a wonderful lunch at Persis - the lunch special had so much food! Naan, soup, rice, appetizer and main. The Gobi65 and the chicken tikka masala were fantastic. Also the chicken biryani was delicious and filling. Our server was so kind and helpful. I...wish I remembered his name! Will be back!More
I've been to India four times. Persis puts out some incredible Indian food. They have great lunch specials. Dinner is a bit more expensive than other places. Their chicken tika masala is fantastic as is their tandori. I wish I worked in Mt Juliet so...I could take advantage of their lunch special more oftenMore
I’ve eaten at this restaurant a few times a week for months. I’ve never had anything less than perfection-food is amazing, service is outstanding, lunch prices are very reasonable. This is definitely one of my favorites in town!
We've been to a Persis in Cookeville, which was great so we were happy to find this one in our backyard in Mount Juliet. The service was excellent and has been on other visits. The cheese naan was so very filling and delicious and could...be a meal in and of itself. We also had the gobi manchurian, which is just so flavorful and is a favorite of ours. We will definitely be back as it's so close to us and they make great food!More
This is one of my favorite restaurants, and the best Indian in thisnprt of town. Hands down. We love the Lamb chops, gobi 65, palak paneer, chicken tikka masala, naans, the biryani...really everything we’ve had. Great service and very clean place.
