My wife and I visited this long established Hungarian restaurant twice during our recent stay at the Double Bay Intercontinental. The menu is simple but delicious. I had the Weiner Schnitzel which is a great favourite and on the second visit the stuffed cabbage rolls....More

Great service and a lovely meal here. Walked in quite late to 21, but was made welcome and we had 2 lovely meals from the menu that offers some nice alternative dishes.

This attractively traditional restaurant provides a fresh perspective on culinary journeys. The Hungarian dishes are fresh, tasty and substantial, and the service is welcoming, swift and knowledgeable. Unsurprisingly, it enjoys a positive reputation as a relaxed venue for convivial experience.

Food here is consistently awesome as is the service. The schnitzels are very tasty with the veal slightly better than the chicken. Creamed spinach is a must try.

Double Bay
Located in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, Double Bay is a
one of the city's most beautiful harbour

shopping experience and dress some of the most
beautiful people in Sydney. Sit down at one of the
open air cafes for a latte or a meal and enjoy the
people-watching. Double Bay was once an exclusive
enclave for an older, elite population, but new

Twenty One (21) Espresso is one of Australia's oldest restaurants, founded in 1958 by John Schiffer - Father and Grandfather to the restaurant's current owners George and Michael. Twenty One was the first restaurant to introduce European style dining to Australia in the form of outdoor seating and also had one of the very first espresso machines - hence the inclusion in the restaurant name. Today, you can find traditional Hungarian and European dishes on the menu, whilst dining in a comfortable and cosy setting with warm and attentive service. The restaurant is open all day every day, should you feel like just popping in for a coffee and cake and to soak in the atmosphere.
