After my food arrived, I had a question due to food allergies. My waitress never returned and I had to ask a waiter at another table. By the time my question was answered, the food was cold. I also had to ask for my check....More

We apologize for these problems with your server. We ask our servers to be attentive to every guest, and not be a nuisance; sometimes they take these instructions too far. Sorry for these problems. Thanks for your comments, and we will bring these issues up...More

This restaurant was recommended by the front desk of our hotel and supposedly offered a discount for hotel guests. When you enter, it is cluttered with items for sale and memorabilia, which is perfectly fine because it is that type of restaurant. We clearly looked...More

We apologize for your experience with our teenage employees, unfortunately sometimes that happens, no matter what the age of the employee is. We do rely on many teenagers to help us here, and quite frankly they have been very good, but they are young and...More

We stopped in the explore quickly on the way to Lynchburg but couldn't resist getting a fried peach pie. My hubby browsed the store and purchased some sauces and taffy.

Great breakfast. Hubby had old fashion eggs, bacon, potatoes and biscuits and loved it. I had oatmeal which was yummy too. The evening meal would be equally as great if I wanted an old fashioned country meal. Hubby said the meat was very tasty but...More

Thanks for your review and glad you enjoyed the food. Next time for less calories, try our smoked turkey dinner plate, or the smoked turkey sandwich; these are really good. Also, the baked chicken with fresh salad bar is a very good choice. Thank You.

First time in I had breakfast, this time we were in for lunch. Waitress advised we could get breakfast at anytime, but we opted for the lunch buffet. For $9.95 a person plus drink is extra, I have had better buffet offerings. They had fried...More
