Rahmen Genki is nestled among handful of restaurants in a cozy plaza in Artarmon. It was packed when I went for lunch on a weekend. The rule here is first you have to order at the counter and get a number before you can find a table to sit down. When I was checking out the menu at the entry... More

Once again we came here for our dinner. Chose Sunday night coz the traffic was not that bad. Ordered shio special and yaki soba. Big portion, quick and the highlight for my yaki soba was to die for. I am not joking for only $13 on big plate, very tasty and well cooked noodle. The pork was really soft!!! My... More

Value, good quality, fast friendly service make this a good place for lunch. The ramen here though is just so so - order anything but, and you'll probably be content.

My mates and I have been going to Genki for so many years. It has so much bang for buck and I have the most wonderful memories of coming to this ramen shop. The tonkotsu ramen is just perfect. The soup is just amazing and the gyoza (if you buy the set) is really fresh. Their ginger is quite nice... More

5 of us sat down to a variety of dishes - chicken teriyaki, katsu don, vegetable noodles, chicken curry, gyoza, and fried rice. It was delicious and we ordered way too much. The fried rice came home in a takeway container (which cost us 30c). I found the curry a little spicy but I have minimal tolerance for hot. Their... More

One of the best Japanese Curry Soup I have ever had in my life and love the Gyoza with the dipping sauce. Keep up the standard which has not gone down for the past 10 years I have been visiting.

It has been a while since I have been back to this place but it still as good as always. Genki made delicious ramen. The service was good as always and I will be going back again a lot more often.

Have been going to this restaurant for many years, when in or visiting Sydney. The food is great and the cost reasonable. While no Japanese food critic, I've always walked away satisfied with dining at this restaurant. (And if you don't feel like what's on the menu then there's Sushi-Ya Artarmon right next door!)

The best curry ramen I have ever eaten in my life! There is so much choice. The meals are large servings and affordable! The staff are also so nice and helpful as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
