The crepes were hard and the pancakes chewy. Eggs tasted weird. I wouldn't eat here again. I Didn't try lunch or dinner but there was an air of eh... mandatory 15 % gratuity.

I have wanted to see this old motel from the inside before they tear it down. Built in 1955, it is a classic example of a two story mid century American beach motel. The place is virtually surrounded by ultra high end high rises like...More
My wife and I life in Sunny Isles, and eat dinner here about once a month. This review is for dinner because we have never had breakfast there. Despite the name, the restaurant is more like a NY diner, with a wide variety of foods...More
Stayed at The Thunderbird and this was on our door-step. I was sceptical at first, but when I ate here I was pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff, great food, opened from morning until night.

Frequented by French speaking Canadians and others, we found it a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. My steak was properly cooked and the house wine generous.THe photo is the breakfast place, not the dining room, which had live entertainment.
We stayed a few nights at the Thunderbird and we ate lunch and breakfast at this restaurant located within the hotel. Both meals were very good and the prices are reasonable, the staff was very nice.
