Called in on the off chance of an evening meal and certainly wasn't disappointed. Great welcome, homely food and good ales

There was a warm, friendly atmosphere in the pub. The food and drink was excellent and the landlords (Paul and Debbie) were very welcoming and obviously eager to please. They set a very high standard for others to meet.

Beautiful setting for a village pub with views down the valley from the veranda. Good set menu for Sunday lunch with fresh ingredients well cooked and presented. Good friendly and unobtrusive service. In all a good experience.

This traditional british pub is run by it's owner and is one of the few remaining traditional pubs. It has a large car park, an outside terrace, a restaurant and two apartments. If you are in this area of Wales, it is well worth visiting.
