Have eaten here seveeral times and the food has been extremely good value for money. The choice of beer is usually godd and well kept. So we were very disappointed to find it is closed until further notice with the road in front of it also closed off. Obviously some structural problems - hope it's sorted soon.

Visited early January and stayed in the hotel above. Hotel very good - bathroom could do with a refurb but very clean throughout. The bar itself is good, plenty of seats and reasonably quick service. Only one complaint - it was absolutely freezing throughout.

We had an evening meal and breakfast. The evening meal was nice. Food all great but unfortunately the pub was quite cold and there was a lot of food on the floor from other customers throughout the day. Breakfast was hit and miss. I was served porridge that had the consistency of a brick. Not all of the oats had... More

We came to weatherspoons for breakfast so we could get with all the family at once. When the food came it was luke warm and the bacon was hard. Most of it tasted like it had been re-cooked. Saying that, the atmosphere was very good

We visited on a Thursday night (they have specialty nights each night during the week) which is their Curry Club specialty night. The curry was good with garlic naan bread, papadams, samosas etc with a drink for £6.49. They also have fish & chip cheap eats before five pm. We really enjoyed the busy vibe of the pub & the... My wife and I dropped into this pub on two occasions earlier this week while staying in the area. The first occasion was on a midweek lunchtime when I sample the local Welsh Cawl (delicious lamb stew served with bread & butter) and my wife enjoyed the ham, egg & chips. Food was very good and the place was packed... More

Not been here before nor, to any Weather spoons for breakfast. However, have to say that I was truly impressed. Ordered the large vegetarian and a mug of tea. Firstly, most impressed that a veggie option was offered as usually hard to find and secondly, the size. Big and perfect! With free refills on the tea and coffee, I was... More

We have been coming to this Weatherspoons for a number of years and found food is fair compared to other spoons ..(which we have been all over Herefordshire and Gloucestershire) . 1st complaint is that they have a stair lift for the disabled to use to get downstairs well for the last few months its not worked when you ask... We stopped here for breakfast on our way through the Wye Valley. Although you get what you pay for at Wetherspoon's we thought this was not the best, quite a few of the breakfast options were not available such as poached eggs, we were told "Our poached eggs have not been delivered yet!" My wife was looking forward to eggs... More
