Hubby and I went in here on Wednesday lunchtime. It was open 12 to 1.30 p.m. We were served straight away. We chose a large portion of chips to share between us which cost £2.50. We sat on a bench a bit further down by the Lifeboat Station and enjoyed our hot chips whilst admiring the misty sea view. Be... More

We had a portion of cod and chips from here at lunchtime. They were lovely and a good sized portion, would certainly go back!

This is a family run businesss and the best fish and chip shop for miles. If you see a queue don't walk past just go for it! (you can meet some great people to chat to while waiting) We have a holiday rental in Criccieth and highly recommend the fish and chips to our guests.

It's a chippie with a queue... Always a good sign. Good quality food... especially the light batter on the cod and polite and busy staff. Cost is no more than any other chip shop. Ate ours on the sea front. Mmmm-mmm.

Not busy on a Thursday night in the restaurant so no problem getting a table. Fish and chips was cooked really well and we didn't have a long wait. Good reputation is well deserved. Service was friendly and efficient.

Over 25 years of going to this part of the world we've tried many fish and chip shops. Then we found the Castle Fish and Chips in Criccieth. I have to tell you this is by far the best "chippie" for miles around. You can eat in - this often avoids having to queue for a take out - "Castle... More
