My family and I decided to try something different after church. Blues City Café...can't go wrong! The food is awesome and the combo platters (chicken, ribs, pulled pork) plentiful.

Blues City Cafe is the best place on Brake Street for Memphis BBQ. Bill Clinton used to stop in even as president. They feed all veterans a great free lunch every Veterans Day.

I liked the baked beans and pulled pork. Husband loved the ribs. Actually, I also liked the fried catfish. Overall, it's not my favorite kind of food but I tried it all and enjoyed it.
