Hands down the best Eastern food in Memphis! Family owned and operated, the food is always fresh and made to order.

Food was more Thai based but good overall. Appreciate the packaging of food especially the separation of soup broth from noodles to prevent noodles from being soggy.

Weevils were crawling on our plate. That is inexcusable. Used to be a good place to go. They begged us to stay.

I came because I heard such good things about the food and I must say that the food was good! I had the pot stickers, crab ragoon, and chow mei fun and everything was great! The amount of food for the money was right on point!

The last 3 times I've been to Tycoon, I brought food back to work for myself and a co-worker. We both noticed that the meat and veggies didn't look or taste fresh, and the sauces tasted funny. They almost tasted like cornstarch or flour used to thicken the sauce. Also, the flavor wasn't as good as I remember. Even the... More

Had to add a heap-load of spice to my meal after asking for 'spicy'...there was none in the meal. The house curry was blah...meal was practically ugly looking. They fry everything!...My tofu...my husbands chicken...guess that is an effort to impart flavor. Unless desperate for late night Thai...skip it!!!

My family loves this place - they have everything Thai soups (Tom Yum and Tom Kha) to wings (surprisingly delicious and a very generous portion for your money) and so many other choices. I love the fact that you can order Chinese, Thai, and even Korean food. We used to make fun of our Dad for ordering a heaping plate... More

Tycoon is an unassuming looking place in a shopping center. I have only visited one time, but plan to return the next time that I am in that neighborhood. The Tom Yum in other Memphis Thai restaurants has always been underwhelming to me - often just some dry chicken slivers in a broth (I'm talking to you, Bangkok Alley &... More

Food and service were great! Owners very nice people! I have eaten here several times and the food and service are always great. People who appreciate your business! House fried rice is one of my favorites.
