Botanica is a quirky, inventive and superb establishment that’s well worth a visit. The menu is small but packed with both variety and flavour. The hand and cheese croissant (home made - deliciously moreish and silken flakes) was brilliant and the open pork sandwich on...More

Came across this lovely restaurant for lunch. Delightful & varied menu. Great coffee & scones. Possibly the prettiest salad I've ever eaten!

Stayed one night here with dinner. Room clean and comfortable with excellent breakfast. Meal at night, I had lamb Tagine and partner cod.Best meal we have had in ages. Hosts were friendly and nothing was too much bother. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Magical. A gem. Perfect. Lovely. So many things to say...I’ll keep it simple though; Botanica is more than worth the beautiful drive out to Tighnabruaich. It doesn’t matter what you order, it’s all fantastic.... must have something from the sea - if they have the...More

We first ate at Botanical in August 2016, and returned in April 2018. Delighted to find that it is still as great. Friendly service and fantastically fresh seafood. Very highly recommended!

There is no shelter from the rain outside which can (just occasionally) be a problem on the West of Scotland. However they do serve meals at the tables outside the front. Note that the restaurant is not open several weekdays
