Don’t be fooled into thinking that Tighnabruaich, because it is tucked away, is not current, cosmopolitan, cracking - this little hideaway has serviced discerning visitors for many decades! That we keep returning, and never wanting to leave, in no accident. Let me introduce you to...More

I had visited the Tearoom before and followed on Facebook seeing regular pictures of the wonderful baking. I've been a big fan of this place, telling all I knew about it. However, my latest was a great disappointment. I noted on arrival, the wonderful smells...More

Quite a small cafe but so good folks wait outside to get a seat when others leave Excellent soup and fancy cakes and others enjoyed their sandwiches. Would I go again, I sure would.

We live a short distance away in Dunoon and often drive out this direction being retired. We have been to another small cafe here that was a real disappointment and which we will never return to, but this is so not the case with this...More

We popped in on a Monday afternoon for a spot of lunch. My husband had the full breakfast and the quality of the sausage black pudding and bacon was outstanding. I had a cheese toastie and it was the best bread I have ever had...More

We had lunch here on a Monday which seems to be a busy day as some other local cafes are closed. Despite being rushed off her feet the owner was efficient and still managed a smile. The highlight for me was the best meringue ever,...More

Very friendly staff, warm welcome after a cold walk. Toasted sandwiches are very filling with a wonderful salad to accompany it with strawberries and blueberries (trust me it so works) Hot choc is a must have. Highly recommended, beautiful!
