Came here for lunch and certainly did not disappoint. My tomato and basil soup was deliciously hot with the hint of sweetness. Just perfect for a cool day. Hubby’s bacon and Brie toastie was drippingly tasty according to him. They have some interesting tea collection....My nettle and petal was just the right tonic after a walk along the river. Set us up for the next walkMore

An excellent establishment catering for both indoor and outdoor dining whatever your preference. Great menu choices, fantastic service at an acceptable cost, well worth a visit. Will have a desert on my next visit.

Phoned ahead and was told tables available. They were able to accommodate 5 of us plus dog at the outside tables which was good as the weather was nice. Friendly and attentive staff, great choice from the menu and the food was delicious - and...reasonably priced.More

Disappointing - service was good but food was nothing special, I’m surprised that this place is as high up on trip advisor. We had four different meals in our party and 3 of us were not impressed at the quality of food provided. There is...a good choice of restaurants nearby.More

I was attending a book launch at Braemar Castle and had a walk around this stunning village.Randomly stopped her for a light lunch. Perfect - family run, traditional Scottish cafe/restaurant. Straightforward food well produced without being fancy, good portions, friendly service and fair prices. Braemar...is worth a visit for the drive alone.More
