Could not say a bad word about this little gem of a place. The waiter ( from New Zealand) was superb. The food was good locally sourced grub, and tasted amazing. But our favourite thing about our whole experience of Mull was the stunning views. What a beautiful little place.

What more do you want than good tasting local produced food at a good price. Oh yes, friendly staff in an authentic location. Tick those boxes as well. Don't go anywhere else in Craignure.

Second visit to Mull, wasnt much better the second time, the roads are a total pain, anyway the ferries were very busy, and after dumping my car at the start of the ferry queue for the 15.15 ferry, got to the pub at 13,50, didnt have the chicken as it said 30 minutes to cook, had a cheeseburger, and family... Excellent find on our travels, really friendly staff and locals full of information about island, food looked good even though we did not eat. A good pub to visit.

Stopped here on a very cold dreech evening and was greeted by a nice warm fire and very friendly staff. The food, well we were back another three times for lunch and dinner during our stay so it says a lot !

What a gem of a pub, delicious food, good value and efficient and kind staff and manager! There were 25 of us celebrating my partner’s last Munro. The manager and staff were extremely accommodating. We got a dining room for ourselves where I could put up decorations beforehand, ordered the food the night before to make the cooks’ lives a... More

It was raining & we were camping so we decided to go to the pub for food, so did everybody else apparently. It was packed and there were no tables available so we were disappointed, especially as it smelled so good. The next day we went over as soon as they started serving evening meals and got a table no... More

Pub was busy but finding us a table was no problem to the staff. I asked to combine pasta from the kids menu with scampi. Again, no problem. Steak Pie looked amazing too. My wife had the haggis neeps and tatties which was as good as I've ever tasted. Warm cosy wee pub serving proper top end pub grub from... More

Great pub, lovely food and really helpful staff, only downside is kids not allowed in the bar. Visited twice during our break and thoroughly enjoyed each visit

Since arriving on Mull this has been our second home. We cannot praise this place highly enough. The friendliest staff. The food was great. The beer and craic wonderful. We were made to feel very welcome and came away with genuine regret that we had to leave after a week. We recommend that you don't just eat and leave. Stay,... More
