Hooked and Cooked was tucked in at the ferry terminal. We had seen it advertised in the Arran Brochure and were so glad we went. Sure we had to wait as cooked fresh but it was well worth it. Huge fish supper. Lovely crispy batter...More

First night on Aaron, restaurants in Brodick fully booked, had to use local chippy, but what a treat! All cooked fresh once ordered, good sized portions, food not greasy, fresh, crisp and delicious. Well pleased!

We bought two fish suppers here one evening last week. I was told "five minutes" as the food seems to be cooked on demand. The haddock was freshly cooked and just OK but the chips were terrible. At least half of them were inedible. I...More

Brilliant fish and chips, right by the pier and perfect to take on the boat with you so no excuse not to get any! Fish was well cooked and thick and nice big fresh chips. Would 100% recommend.

Really tasty fish and chips from Hooked and Cooked. Fresh fish which you don't get much of on mainland unless you are near a harbour. Oil was clean and hot as food was not left greasy. Simply delicious

Popped in for chips on a cold and blustery day while we were doing a treasure hunt round the island. My review may be slightly biased as we had to wait for the chips (not a bad sign in my opinion) and they were hot...More
