The home cooked food is excellent, the baked goods decadent, the service warm and friendly. Put on a sweater, if you need, and sit outside - take in the setting and enjoy your food / coffee or tea. Wonderful place to decompress and appreciate life. Wish this was close to my home!

Can't believe this place gets so many great reviews Yes it's in a spectacular place and has lovely food amazing cakes but it's a victim of its own success Terrible service it can't cope with the numbers of people and the staff are too busy to interact in any way with their customers We witnessed 2 tourists having trouble on... I absolutely love this rustic little traditional cottage. It is full of charm and yummy desserts, what more could you want. I have been visiting this cafe since i was a child and have many fond memories of tackling slices of cake the size of your head. Great variety in traybakes and sweets. Any time i am there they have... More

Staying in Ballintoy Harbour and popped in for lunch. Busy, but got a seat for a family of 4. Had a great lunch and the kids already knew which cake they wanted. That covered lunch and the leftovers became pudding at teatime. Lovely touches that my wife noticed were chairs and beach toys outside for people to borrow and return.... More

Back visiting family so we just had to pop in for afternoon tea. Jam and cream fruit scones where just divine my husband had the Black Forest gateau, he doesn't normally have a sweet tooth but polished the lot off. The place is really quirky and gets so busy because of the good quality food and cakes, next time your... More

Found this place by accident and so glad we did. Lovely fresh lunch but in particular, best chocolate cake we've ever had. Pleasant staff. Unique surroundings. All round positive experience and would go back.

Recommended by a local, this tiny seaside cafe is tucked away in Ballintoy Harbor(famous for Game of Thrones filming). Stop here for a light lunch, make sure to leave room for their delightful house made scones, cakes and pies.

A stop not to be missed if you're in the area. It was a beautiful little restaurant with great staff and dessert! Just like we I could see in the picture. Truly a little gem!

Visited Monday mid morning. Lovely welcome and hospitality. All manner of cakes and a simple menu, well priced. Stopped by the following Sunday and there were queues out of the door!

Incredible place to stop and eat and rest next to the sea! Definitely needs to be on tripadvisor!
