Corfe Castle provides a spectacular backdrop for this classic and obviously popular English inn. Here you'll get the full pub experience--fun, friendly wait staff and crowd, diverse menu, and delicious, filling fare. We started with a pint of Somersby hard cider and a good Malbec wine and then went whole hog with generously sized sausage casserole and piggy platter entrees--fantastic!... More

Six of us had booked a table at the Four & Twenty Blackbirds in West Street but with no explanation it failed to open. We walked around the corner to The Greyhound where we received a warm welcome and after looking at the menu decided to stay. It turned out to be a brilliant decision as the food was excellent,... The Greyhound Inn has always been my favourite pub in Corfe, the standard of the food is incredible, the staff were friendly and helpful. The pub itself is in such an idyllic location and holds a relaxed atmosphere. Very much enjoyed, will be visiting again.

We were staying at Kingston Court and advised that the Greyhound Inn had a new menu and worth trying for dinner. We weren't disappointed, the meals were well presented for a "pub" meal. I had the pork belly for mains, very generous serving and simply delicious. My brother particularly enjoyed the Proper Job beer. Would highly recommend the Greyhound Inn... More

We got to Corfe Castle a bit late and worried that we weren't going to find a place to have lunch, however, wandered into The Greyhound Inn and had a very good meal, I even had a treat of some mulled wine! The kitchen was being refurbished so there was a limited menu, but there were still some excellent choices... More

This is the first time we have eaten at the inn and we were met with a really friendly welcome and not rushed in our choices. The interior still retains the charm of an old inn, although it has been redecorated in neutral shades. The menu is varied and although one or two dishes are more expensive than some inns... More

Really nice welcoming staff. Food cooked very well but the amount of beef on the plate was ridiculously small and I doubt there was more than 3 ozs. I am not a big meat eater but this was very miserly.

Called in for a late lunch after a great country walk with the dog. We were welcomed in by friendly landlord and we faced with great beers, and food to die for. Rarely do I go to any food establishment where I could eat everything on the menu. The only problem was what to choose. Not cheap but brilliant! PS... More
