Stopped here on a walk through the countryside. Very friendly and a good range of drinks. Had lunch which was very nice. Recommend the fresh fish dishes. Nice scenery around so take a look if you have time.

Great stop on the circular walk from Teignmouth. Very reasonably priced (£3.50 for a large wine/pint) and lovely chips served with a smile.

We had a superb lunch at the Castle Inn on Monday. The place and the food impressed on every level. It was a pleasant walk from our weekend base in Dawlish, and we were delighted to find a place with such character.

The menu is quite limited, offering about ten dishes, and we chose from the specials board. We chose Hake which was baked and served... More

The Castle inn can be found in the centre of this very small village. Visited on a Saturday night and it was busy and welcoming. Small but comprehensive menu with daily specials. Reasonably priced. Small outside seating area.

Nice little restaurant attached with the main bar. Don't go on a Friday night around 6-6.30 It becomes very crowded with locals calling in for a drink and staff is... More

Visited 15/7/16. Busy little pub and restaurant, though did not wait too long. Friendly, informative staff. Food excellent and tasty. Reccomend the Brixham Crab Salad. Fine selection her, wine and spirits. Well worth a visit, recommend to book first.
