No heating on and the place was cold. The staff were very good but the food I ordered was just about lukewarm.

It appears as though this once popular eating establishment has closed unfortunately. Once a popular stop off for many coach trips to the area and a welcoming hot drink and snack after visiting the prison museum.

So sorry the cafe is now closed ,it is time for us to retire and the Duchy are now looking for someone to lease it ,Thankyou and all our regular customers over the last few years will miss you all including the staff ....

Stopped for quick lunch. Very friendly service. Waitress very knowledgeable about menu and specials. Had great sandwiches. Very fresh bread and ingredients. Other food coming out also looked very good.More
