Food was 'OK' but looking at the portion I was really shocked! Clearly not worth the bill and would not recommend this place.

Booked a table and went for a dinner with my wife and when we arrived the Head Waiter could not find our booking, but found a table for us. The food was over-cooked. Presentation was ostentatious. The restaurant tries to serve haute cuisine dishes, but...More
For the price and the hype, just very simple country Hôtel. Slightly pretentious and also slightly up itself. The room as I said was rather small and pokey good job we had no cat for swinging. The bathroom was a little old fashioned and also...More
Dining room only half-full, but that means better service. The waiters were attentive and knowledgeable; the chef new to this establishment having just moved from a big Guernsey hotel. The food was pretty and imaginative, and delicious. The menu was not that shown on their...More

Beautiful old Guernsey farmhouse setting, and a menu full of great food choices. Food is beautifully presented, seasonal, with good portion size. Most importantly, delicious too! We're local, which means we can visit frequently.

The restaurant in the hotel has a lovely atmosphere. The menus is varied, but not very extensive. The quality and service are very good, and is very reasonably priced for the quality of the food. All local, (and in some cases foraged), ingredients where possible....More
We ate following the gin tasting (highly recommended). Good variety of dishes all well cooked. We will return.
