I've eaten here a few times and always enjoyed it. The steak and duck are great options and the starter buffalo wings are really tasty. Friendly service with banter. More fun than formal.

We are regulars here and it never fails to deliver. Great food, craic and a fine selection of beers and wines. Be sure to book as its always busy.

Lovely staff but not very attentive. We were left without our drinks we ordered at the start. Had to ask again. Fish came but wit no side of sauce tartar maybe? Wasn't blown away leaving as the expectations when we arrived was huge.

Quirky monastic ambience complete with gregorian chants as background 'muzak'. Extremely friendly and efficient staff who found room for two diners who wandered in unbooked on the evening of a Bank Holiday Monday. The chicken curry was very nice, of ample proportion but the cod dish wasn't great - the accompanying chips were overcooked and looked discoloured. The wine list... More

This restaurant had been recommended to us by a friend. It was nice, the food was delicious. However, the food wasn't anything special and was abit over priced. But would still recommend as the restaurant is lovely. It has a fun theme and great atmosphere. The main selling point are the staff. The staff are so friendly really going out... More

Dropped in here for an early family dinner to keep our Easter holidays buzz going for one evening more and had a very very pleasant meal. The kids were delighted with their pasta and goujons, and especially the wafers in the ice-creams and individual ketchup pots - small touches that make a difference. My wife and I enjoyed all our... My wife and I had a great meal here last week. We didn't have a booking but we're able to get a table. The room was very full and there was a good atmosphere in the room. The waitress was very attentive and her knowledge of the menu and recommendations were very good. The food was delicious. It was also... More

The restaurant is dark and the entrance is not obvious. The staff are friendly. The owner seemed friendly as well although a little odd. Food was great, we had pork belly and scampi. I'd recommend the pork belly in particular. Service charge was added which was fine since it was my anticipated tip.
