Superb Find! 5 of us stopped off here while doing the Slea Head Drive today. The weather was beautiful such was our experience in the bar. First of all we were greeted by a young man who took our details for tracing and sat us down. This made our group feel safe and we knew from the character of the bar that we were in for a good experience. We all ordered mains (fish, scampi burgers and Vegan salad) Great value, all areas of the building were clean and the staff were wearing masks!! We’ll be back again.

We had a very fine meal here, the food was excellent. We had to book a table and we wondered why, because when we arrived we were escorted to the table at the far end of the pup well away from the local young fellows. I have not had better food anywhere else in Dingle it’s a pity such a well known place feels they can serve the local boys without a booking and no food, because of this we did not feel safe. Is Ventry above the law.

We really enjoyed our trip to Páidí Ó Sé’s. The set up is great- you find a table, and then go up and order your drinks and food at two separate counters. The food was great, the staff were friendly and there was a great atmosphere. We would highly recommend Páidí Ó Sé’s to anyone visiting the Ventry/Dingle area!

Having had an amazing time in Murphy’s pub in Dingle the day before, our hopes were high for this famous pub located in beautiful Ventry. The pub did not live up to it’s legendary namesake unfortunately, and our disappointment and frustration was evident as we were informed they had no jæger to serve us. This was a huge blow to Dugg’s stag as the jæger alarm had just gone off. Shortly after we were informed that we had were to leave the bar in 20 minutes. Despite this huge let down the food was decent and pints tasty hai. Don’t come here if you’re looking to have a good time with the lads.

We called into Páidí Ó'Sé's pub for dinner on our last night in Dingle a few weeks back after spending a few hours at the beach nearby. Visiting this pub was on my to-do list for quite some time & it was well worth the trip, the food was top class - honestly one of the nicest portions of seafood chowder & lasagne I've ever had! & the pint of Guinness hit the spot too! I'd recommend stopping here when driving around The Dingle Peninsula as it is part of the route. There was still a good buzz despite social distancing & the holiday season coming to an end. The waitress was chatty & friendly when it came to paying the bill. I'm looking forward to returning again some time when the COVID restrictions are a thing of the past to have a proper look at all the pictures & memorabilia hanging up on the walls!

We had a lovely lunch and drinks in Paidi O Sè's pub the other day. It's as much a museum as it is a bar such is the amount of photos and curios adorning the walls concerning the famous footballers career, his opponents snd team mates and all the famous people he's rubbed shoulders with. Jerseys from all over adorn the walls, action photos, signed memorabilia, I could've stated for stages looking at them all. The food was really good by the way and service was very attentive and prompt. Plenty of parking out front as well as the statue of Paidi in his pomp.

Went here for dinner as it was recommended so was looking forward to it. I went for the specials board starter of filo prawns with salad and chilli sauce then the mac and cheese and asked for a side of garlic bread. Prawns came out looked very rigid considering it was filo pastry. They were awful the filo was like cardboard and no taste at all from the prawns was so dissatisfied as prawns are always my go to. Mac and cheese was only average very glupey and the garlic bread was basically Toast not a sniff of garlic I asked my friends in case it was me and no it was just Toast. Our server wasn't too interested in us either when asked was everything OK she asked in a way that was Tough if there is.

My family and i are regular visits to Dingle. We had not been out since March 20. Food in Paudies was good as expected, we had a drink while waiting for dinner. We ordered second drinks through dinner and they were left sitting on the bar on a tray for 20mins or more until i brought it to their attention. Bar was quite loads of staff. I asked the staff for a top up of the drinks and in fairness they gave us fresh drinks. It put a downer on the whole evening, we would have stayed for desert and an extra drink but there was no point. Lessons can be learned, small things that matter.

Enjoyed an excellent lunch here recently, one of the special of the day - grilled seabass served with mashed potatoes and vegetables. What a change from chips with everything and the fish was perfectly cooked. Why dont more places offer food like this rather than frying everything. Portions were very generous and service was very good. Well done

I always call in to Paudi's when in Dingle on holidays as one of my hero's of all time was Paudi himself. Food was fantastic. The meals .. Chicken goujons was amazing and the chips to die for. I also the previous day had another super meal at Paudi's. Service is quick and great value. The only fault I find is that the staff are always quite cold and unfriendly. Not sure if its that Im not from the locality. Its a pity as everything else is top notch.

We are a family of 5 and stopped here for dinner yesterday, no reservation made. Lovely atmosphere when you go into the pub, lovely old feel to it with plenty of seating. We ordered roast beef, curry, beef burger and fish tacos. Everything was presented beautifully and tasted even better. Portions were very generous and everything tasted very fresh. Very good value dinners. We will definitely be calling again when we are in the area

Dingle Electric Bikes guy played this place up so I assumed he gets a kickback and wasn’t that eager to stop there. But the location was exactly when we were hungry and the next pub was a good ways away on our bikes so we ate there. Wow, glad we did — the food was exceptionally delicious. Had curry, fried Brie and bruschetta, and loved every bite. We came back the next day in the car for a repeat…

Our tour company selected this pub while we were out on the Dingle Peninsula. Was a good stop for an early dinner for us. Paidi's son gave us a talk about his dad's sport history and then served a delicious meal of fish and chips. Food was very good. Sort of out in the middle of no where but very good. Would recommend if you are in the area.

We were touring Slea Head and decided to stop in Paudi’s for our evening meal which was delicious. The Thai Green curry was vegan and amazing. My two friends had burgers which they said were lovely and all dishes were well presented. Staff were friendly and attentive. Definitely worth a visit for some food and to look at all the old GAA photos and photos of various famous people who had visited the pub over the years!

What a brilliant experience. I am sure Paídi would be proud of the service and care given to all patrons. I hadn’t been since 1998 when Paídi himself was at the bar. The bar is a thing of beauty. Wonderful memories adorn the walls and his collection of medals are pride of place on your right as you walk in. The staff are so helpful and attentive. They are helpful with food options. None of us could fault the food it was just so good. The pub is clean and the toilets immaculate which when your with a young child who toilets a lot is reassuring. I honestly can’t fault this place. I would be thrilled to have it as my local. We ate in other spots during our time in Dingle but the short spin to Ventry was worth it as the food can’t be beaten, not forgetting a perfect pint 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
