Greyabbey place, gorgeous food and really nice staff. Try the Tunisian orange cake! Portions not huge, just perfectly proportions!

Beautiful food. Very rich in country living. All local produce and very tasty. Not your basic boring cafe food. Tea leaves make the tea so much nicer, a nice touch in my option. Highly recommend the smokey bacon melt. DELICIOUS!!

Stopped here to visit the craft centre and delighted to find that the restaurant was open in February. Sun pouring in the windows added to the ambiance. We ordered the greek salad of the day but they didn't have any left. We opted to share a waldorf instead which was fresh and tasty. We had a tasty bowl of Chorizo... More

We are regular customers at Builin Blasta. Chef Heather is using all local organic products which means everything is fresh. The pastries are our weakness.

Not sure what if anything makes this cafe better than average! Had to wait for a table so that tells me it is doing something right. Food was good but nothing special we felt, and service a bit hit and miss.

Lovely little cafe set in amongst a collection of boutique artisan shops. Well worth a browse and then a coffee/tea or meal at the cafe. Food was fresh and lots of options. Fresh cinnamon buns were delicious

The staff were not friendly, spoke English amongst each other (it's a Gaeltacht cafe with an Irish language policy) and were continuing to clean glass cabinets etc in the cafe with chemical products while people were seated eating and drinking. (Couldn't they do that before they open?) The scarmbled egg portion was TINY and rubbery. I was expecting a nice... More

Happened upon this delightful place on our way back from a day out west. We will be back! Small comfy cafe/ restaurant with friendly staff - all in all a welcome respite from a brisk autumn afternoon. The menu has ample choice, lots of healthy options and ones to accommodate dietary needs, definitely something for everyone, all day breakfast options... More

This was a welcome stop. At our table was a big container of water with nettle and lemon in it what a welcome. This coffee shop is different with a very cosmopolitan menu and not over priced. The staff memebrs were attentive; the food tasty and of good quality. So enjoy the break and the buzz in the place.
