We stopped in here for dinner the last time we visited (2013) and had oysters and Guinness. That was in the summer and there was a great atmosphere, great music and great craic. We visited again this month and dropped in for dinner, where I had the burger and chips. It was one of the nicest burgers I've had. My... More

I stopped in at Ti Joe Wattys for lunch and to write in my journal. I had a perfectly poured pint of Guinness with incredible Irish Stew filled with chunks of lamb, potatoes, and carrots. It was the perfect cold-day retreat. They also have a multiple-page whiskey menu - I'd recommend the Writers Tears for something different but smooth! I... More

Delicious, real food served generously! The service is also splendid, and a special thanks to our waitress Helena who met us at the pier when we were leaving. Another great thing about this place is Odie, the neighbours cat, who frequents the bench outside. A real Pangur Bán.

Visited Inismor in early October this year with my partner. We were unsure where to eat as the island was quieter than summer months and we tried one or two others pubs on the island but weren't impressed. Luckily we tried Joe Wattys. We found it the have a great atmosphere. Staff friendly and even though it was very full,... More

We were starving when we arrived on Inis Mór late on the sunday. We heard rumours about a place not far away from the B&B which served food, so we went there. And we didn't leave until many hours later. It was a really pleasant place to eat and drink, and the hosts were very kind. The waiters served us... More

Very well decorated with a warm fire going and the waitress was very attentive and sweet. Food is a little pricey but well worth it.

We loved our time at Ti Joe Watty's. We dreamed of going to dinner with a pony and trap, but it rained hard, on and off, all night. So glorious to sit by a turf fire with great cocktails and lovely pints of Guinness in the stormy weather. Delectable food! The music put the whole experience over the top. Best... More

Sonoma Sterling A Chara So even the stormy weather did not dampen your Aran Island Experience, September weather can often throw up so many surprises and tear many well laid travel plans in shreds where Island holidays and indeed Island Life is concerned, but delighted that you guys found a way round all this with your good night at Watty's...
