I sit at the bar and ordered a double burger and shake at the steak and shake in Turkey Creek today. Is consistent with all of the food and service so overall I would go back again.

Visited Steak Shake for supper and was so dissatisfied I walked out. We ordered and they had no American cheese but that was ok . I went restroom totally destroyed and smelled awful. Not cleaned in days or weeks. Then server came back after 15 min and said no fries. That did it for me. I will not return. This... More

Great atmosphere and food. Even short staffed, service was good. Prices are even better.... Using the app has great offers and rewards too, including a free milkshake your 1st use.

The food is pretty good and my 4 year old and I can eat for 10 bucks total. However, I've been here several times and the service is always terrible. Don't go unless you can devote at least an hour, sometimes more, for a burger and some fries.

If you are looking for a 50s themed place, this is it. Not exactly straight out of Happy Days or American Graffiti but close enough. Had the double cheeseburger and dark chocolate shake. Hamburger's 2 patties are really the equivalent of 1 patty at most places. Bun is toasted. Good but nothing outstanding. Not large either. Dark chocolate shake was... More

We all have to admit, every now and then we gotta have a shake, skinny fries with yummy seasoning salt and burger to make our world complete. When you can have all three for under $7.00.....just no better place to get your fix than Steak and Shake. Always found them to be consistently good in helping me accomplish my craving... More

Had a great lunch... Just good food, made the way we wanted! Service was a little slow and weak, but they were still very busy at 2 pm. This location is on a hill, beside a Starbucks and is not the easiest to get in and out.

Waited 25 minutes in drive thru only to get home with burgers that had toppings going everywhere and everything was cold. The patty on my husband's patty melt was ice cold and there was a pickle spear embedded in the OUTSIDE of the bun.
