The Milagros is like a Chile Relenos and is an exceptionally good dish. Second best Mexican food in Jackson.

It's rare that I can ever say that everything is perfect. But on this day, Coyote Blues made it happen. The restaurant location is convenient. The wait for a table was minimal. The server was friendly and funny, but not overbearing. We got our food quickly. The price was perfect. And most importantly, the food was great. We got the... More

I had the fajitas. They were the standard beef or chicken accompanied with the cheese, shredded iceberg lettuce, onion, bell pepper. The Nacho chips were crispy. Prices were reasonable.

Coyote Blues is definitely not boring. The mix of Cajun and Tex Mex is an unusual combination, deliciously different! I had the fried oysters served on pico de gallo with a delicious spicy remoulade sauce. My friend had a combination appetizer with three different and delicious Tex Mex tapas. The service was very good, the ambiance was modern, and the... More

I was VERY pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. The menu has a wide variety of tempting choices. The service was excellent. The food was very good. I believe that we visited at a prime time and the environment was a bit on the loud side. I would definitely recommend a visit to this restaurant if you are in the area.

Was in town on business, decided to give this place a try. I am from Texas and I don't ordinarily travel to Tennessee to find good Mexican food but this place looked interesting. I loved the menu, it had some interesting choices. I tried the Duck Tacos. They were delicious. The drink menu was also interesting but I was not... More

Taco salad had plenty of ground beef--it was just badly seasoned and overpriced. I expect to pass through Jackson many times over the next few years but will not stop here again.

Well that not what they call it but it is fantastic. Big enough to split or take part home. The seafood chimicanga had good flavor but too much rice.
