Wait staff could not recommend a wine. Basically if you've never been there don't count on assistance. They will just "give you more time to figure it out." Food was good. Coffee to go burned our hand cause they didn't have sleeves to put on the cup. Had to use a folded napkin that kept slipping off. Would probably go... More

Place is small but service exceptional. Early bird specials and mom type hose style choice plus classic. For example the offer liver & onion special. Pecan salmon and stuff crusted chicken was delicious and unique. Ribeye could have had more flavor, just ok. Small place with a full bar and lounge. Convenient with a local flavor. Casual to dressy.

Good service. Inexpensive wine. Below average food. The chicken Wellington was not very good. Has a bar area but atmosphere needs work.

What a nice surprise. I had the pork chop and my husband had linguine with shrimp which was outstanding. Nice bottle of wine out of Sabina, CA. After dinner cocktails st the bar with really friendly and informative staff; they clued us in a lot about the area and it's history.

Lauren was our server and did a good job of taking our order. The food was fresh and warm when served. This is a good non-fast food place to stop for a change in choices.

This is the 2nd time we ate there and both were fabulous! Extremely good food and service. Chelsea was very attentive and on her toes. Everything was home made, including the salad dressing that was great with my chicken tenders! I requested a Long Island Tea and he made it exactly as I asked him to. Definitely will be back... Upon reading other reviews of the Brass Lantern we decided to give it a try and it was perfect. Our waiter was attentive and very pleasant, the food beyond amazing I had cod it was fresh and tender w/ a touch of lemon butter, mashed red potatoes, fresh green beans, crisp salad and then a spur of the moment decision... We have eaten at the Brass Lantern for lunch & dinner and every time the service has been great! We have personally found, that if you treat the staff at any restaurant with kindness - it is always returned. I really believe everyone should have a waiter or waitress job, so you can truly understand just how hard their job... More

The Hampton Inn across the street recommended this place to us and it was one of the best Italian meals ever. We had Chicken Parmesan and it was an excellent choice. The chicken was an extremely large portion and cooked just right on a bed of spaghetti with some vegetables along with a salad. And we received a complimentary 10%... More
