We had the breakfast buffet, food selection was slim and it seemed expensive. Coffee was 5 cents and a cup that might hold 6 oz. Would not recommend.

We didn't actually eat in the cafe. We purchased fresh made doughnuts inside the store. They were delicious!
We had some sandwiches and burgers here. Hilarious little place with alright food. Nothing special, but the atmosphere is fun if not a little loud and crazy. Definitely worth the stop :)

After seeing all those signs on the highway, you have to stop at Wall Drug, But you must like crowds, lots of people. Plenty of free parking just down the street.
