Friday night we went in to have some beers at the bar. Sat down and Pete the cook asked us if we'd like to try some Chinese apps, so we did. The server and Pete were great, very friendly and chatted with us. Pete brought out sour cream and onion wontons, very good! Thanks Pete. Saturday night we decided to... More

We decided to come in after a long day of riding through the Black Hills...We both had the smoked prime rib and also decided to get the jalapeño poppers. Everything arrived hot and fresh...the prime rib was cooked to perfection and was sooooooo delicious!!! The menu did look a bit eclectic with fried rice and a couple other Chinese item... More

We stopped here for lunch because the place looked nice from the outside and we were tired after hiking all morning. We ordered the buffalo burgers, french fried, and "homemade" pie. It wasn't crowded but the cook much have been in a rush because toward the center of the burgers was ice; the fried were cold, and the pie crust... More

We had the giant club with the fries, kids had mac and cheese and mini corndogs. The food was great, the staff was friendly, but...my daughter found a piece of banana in her lemonade and they somehow managed to charge my credit card for the table after us. I contacted the owner when I got home and she quickly addressed... More

We have ridden by many times and always say we'll try it next time. We finally pulled in this past weekend and had lunch. I went with a Monte Cristo with the side of jam. My meal was excellent. We have five in the group and the others were all pleased with their meal. The server could use some training... More

We were on our way to Mount Rushmore, getting hungrier by the minute, when we saw this place and decided to stop. There were signs all over saying they were hiring cooks & waitstaff, and the place was almost empty -- but we were hungry, so we stayed. Surprisingly, the food was not bad. My husband and I both ordered... More

We were staying in Lead for a few days and had driven by this place the day before. Saw that there was some local fishing and that this place had a fish fry on friday nights. So we wanted to stop in and try it. Disappointed to find out that the fish fry was just cod. Was not very hungry... More

I wanted to try something different and I'd heard the Chinese was good here. I tried to call in my order but no answer so I just drove there and went inside and took a seat in a booth close to some old guys eating, thinking I'd order and wait for it. I was in the booth twenty minutes with... More
