Simply one of the best chain Italian restaurants out there. With servings as big as your head, be prepared to take some home. This was a great start to our vacation.

We were staying at the Beach and Tennis Resort, and Carrabba's is walkable or bikable from the resort. We locked our bikes up at the front entrance on the bike rack. There was no wait on a Wednesday evening. Very clean and family friendly.
The food was comparable to an Olive Garden, but the service was subpar. While the bartender was attentive and nice to us, he was disrespectful and unprofessional to his peers. It made me feel uncomfortable. We ended up leaving our meal, as his behavior was repetitive and you could tell the wait staff were scared of him.
will never darken their door again, manager refused to accept a coupon for dinner at carrabba's restaurants, one sad excuse after another, would rather eat italian at a pizza hut.
After skipping breakfast (was fasting day) wanted to eat, found out they were closed for lunch. Hit the beach, then returned to the parking lot at about 3PM, waiting for 4PM opening. Was excellent food and drinks and atmosphere was cozy. Staff was attentive and really helpful in helping us decide what we wanted.
My wife and I have been staying on Hilton Head Island for 2 weeks now and pass by Carrabba's every day on our way to our house. We decided it was close so let's give it a try. We had heard it is a busy place and went early expecting a wait. We weren't disappointed, the place was packed with... More

This one did and does and while we can't get Carrabba's in Chicago very easily, we often will visit one when on the road, this time during spring break. Normally I won't have us go to a "chain" restaurant when on vacation as I want... More
Carrabba's has always been one of our go to restaurants everywhere we go so we were delighted to find one within walking distance from where we stayed on Hilton Head Island. We had a very nice dinner Monday night... very much up to our experience and, hence, expectations for service, food and drink. As a bonus, we noticed a placard... More
