My husband and I did not make any reservations, but we were able to get seated right away at Travinia's. It was our first time there. The menu has a good selection. We just had dinner, no starter. The bread was quite nice! I just wish there were herbs or seasoning with the olive oil. When I asked for balsamic... More

Middle-aged and love Italian. Been in fine restaurants throughout Greenville, this country, and in other countries. Travinias has the best combination you could want in an Italian restaurant - wide menu with many offerings, creative dishes and variety, great recipes and flavor profiles, decent or larger portions, cozy and romantic atmosphere, attentive and prompt service, for a modest price. Their... More

We hadn't been to Travinia's in years but thought it would be a good stop for a lunch on 1/30. Thought I would try a nice sounding sandwich on the menu instead of the normal Italian entrees. It was a mistake. The sandwich had al kinds of cold cuts, mostly Italian, on a ciabatta roll. There was not much flavor.... More

Food was excellant, service was great. When doggie bags were requested by several of our party, the server picked up the plates and put them into to go boxes, and return them to our table. As two others in our party had ordered the same meal, my wife was unsure if she received her unfinished meal or one of the... More

My husband has been wanting to try this restaurant for years. I gave him a gift card for Christmas so we could try it. When you first walk in the cigarette smoke from the bar area hits you. Didn't smell it while we were eating but did again as we left. We started with salads. The ceaser was a typical... More

I dined at Travinia with a large group for a birthday party. The service was great. However, the food had no flavor. I ordered Chicken piccata, half of the chicken was inedible and the whole meal had no flavor. Everyone in the group was very disappointed in their meal. The prices are very high. The worst part of my experience... More

Went for a business dinner, and was not disappointed! Everyone had something different, an shared if anyone wanted a taste. (Hey, we are a small company and also friends!). There was not one complaint with any of our appetizers, dinners or desserts! I can't wait to go back with my family.

Great service for a group of 9 adults and a toddler - they were out of the wine we wanted and offered a more expensive substitute at the same price. Everybody raved about their food - I had the prosciutto and fig pizza - ate most that night and had the rest for breakfast cold the next morning - liked... More

Have not been in quite a long time and finally remembered it...so we gave it a try .GREAT ! This place gets lost in the woodruff road jungle but is truly worth trying . Nice selection of Italian and seafood dishes with a high to moderate price range. Mussels, grouper, scallops etc...but also standards like Parmesan dishes, scampi, piccata ... Portions are very large... I called ahead to try to make a reservation and was told that they don't take reservations, but they were slow so I wouldn't have trouble getting a table. I showed up 15 minutes later and was told that the plethora of empty tables in the restaurant were all reserved. There were two people in my party. They asked if... More
