We couldn't get a dinner reservation (they're booked solid!) but we had (strong) drinks and delicious dessert at the bar. This is a cool restaurant with a nice atmosphere. Make reservations early!

Our visit to SNOB was delicious! The atmosphere is more on the fancy side but warm and inviting. We were sitting at the very back table so we could see the kitchen and the entire restaurant. The food was amazing, while we were discussing our options we had mentioned a food allergy and splitting a meal, our waitress took all... More

We truly enjoyed our dinner here. We started with the sun choke and pork cheeks which we shared. We each ordered our own beet and arugula salad which was delicious! We shared the vegetarian dish which pretty much includes almost every side and we ordered the one that didn't come with it - the blue cheese bread pudding. We're foodies... More

Every time we host friends or family in Charleston, we never miss taking them to eat shrimp and grits and over time, it has become a tradition to book a place at SNOB because we want to make sure ou loved ones truly enjoy their first shrimp and grits! Friendly service, great seafood options and wines, I recommend this amazing... More

It's true that it's hard to get a reservation here, but that's a good sign. Food and service were both excellent. My husband had the Mahi, which I tasted. So so good! I had the best crab cake ever as my entree. Our waiter was exceptional. Thanks for a great early dinner.

Great Service by Kaylee and great food by the chefs. My wife had the Shrimp Sandwich and I choose the Southern Medley Chicken. Both were very good and not over priced. It's a go back kind of place.

We had lunch at SNOB and loved the restaurant. We'd missed lunch by a few minutes on our first day in town but liked the ambiance and menu so much we went back the next day. It's one of the first of Charleston's foodie palaces and its reputation is well deserved. The place is lovely and the lunch menu had... More

Located on a main drag it's easy to find. This is elevated dinning in Charleston. Excellent staff and updated traditional southern fare. Sat at the bar and met locals and conversations were enjoyable to hear about Charleston. Very inviting and an outstanding meal for sure.

Needed a week ahead to get a reservation for TWO people - only got 5pm. Early seating meant good service, and we were out in all of an hour. Food was very tasty. I just don't see the ravish reviews here. There were also a few gnats flying around that meal.

Found the place very crowded with small tables all pushed too close. Service was slow and ambivalent. Food was ok but not as expected. Seemed overpriced for what we got. Don't think we will be going back

Description
Slightly North of Broad is a Lowcountry bistro that brings together an abundance of local ingredients and thoughtful, expert presentation with a friendly, contagious energy. Here the dining room is a natural extension of the kitchen, a place where culinary skill, a clever, considered wine program, warm service, and conversations meld together.
