I had the Fried Chicken Sandwich. Wow wee. Fried chicken, cheese, and coleslaw on the best bun ever. All the flavors come together to make a great sandwich. My wife had the salad sampler, chicken salad, egg salad and pimento cheese (very spicy)

We visited in November so it was not busy. We stood around a few minutes before someone told us to seat ourselves. The Club was huge and delicious! After we sat down the service was good. We bought some of their delicious pickles.

Walking into this large spacious building was an experience in and of itself. Display cases with Lowcountry foods for sell, pleasing decor and rooster memorabilia. However, with several people clumped around the door there was no greeter or point of reference to put our names...More

I tried shrimp and grits at Fleetwood Landing (Charleston), Blackstone Cafe (Beaufort), Goosefeathers Cafe (Savannah) and here. This was by far the best (although I am partial to tomato-based sauces.) Service was good and atmosphere was homey. A favorite eating place in Beaufort.
