This place used to have the best fish in chips, old fashioned style and wrapped in a newspaper. They WERE the best. We had takeout for 4 people and unfortunately it was awful! This place is very dirty, the food was excessively greasy, the fries limp and almost uncooked and the fish seemed to be very old and not fresh.... More

I like that they serve the fish and chips in newspaper like they do in England. They serve good food, but my only complaint is that they are not always open when we come to get food. I think the fish and chips are okay but still looking for the best.

I think they have been here for a long time.but I do go in for good fish and chips. It has a tasty batter and the fries are crisp due to me asking for them that way. It is a very small place with limited seating and it is mostly from what I could see take out. Parking is tough... More

I like that I can order fish only, since I would rather not fill up on fries. The fish is more than enough to fill me up. no nonsense, no frills, just really good fish.

stopped here last night , because of the volume they do the fish is stacked up like KFC stacks up their chicken pieces, overall fish was heavy, soaked to long I don't eat fries but these were just nasty....Cash only. My advice stick with the newspaper invest in some major upgrades and make a better fresher product ..

I love this place! I love how they wrap the food in newspaper and cardboard plates. It is always good and I have never had a bad experience here. I want it right now! See you later!

After getting a gift certificate and being shocked at how bad it was, I went back for the memories I had as a child. I can not for the life of me figure out what these people are doing. The fish tasted very old, that after taste you get when fish is kept to long. The fries -a shadow of... More

YUCK!! I love fish and Chips, usually! They serve there in newspaper (GROSS!!) and it's overly fishy smelling/tasting.

Stadium has been around since my parents.. At least 50 years or so. You walk up order your fish and chips.(Hand made fries). The fish and chips are ok but they don't change the oil enough and can get funny tasting.

This place goes back to the days of the only Wednesday and Friday fish and chips places (for 50 cents) in every neigjhborhood in the Providence area. Still fresh battered and fried fish, hand cut fries, and wrapped in newspaper. You would not do better in London if you could still find a fish and chip place.
