Ever since this restaurant hit the RI scene it's been our GO TO place. We visit Chapel Grille at least 2-4 times a month. Sometimes dinner, sometimes drinks and appetizers and every special event. We visited last night for a Pre- Mothers Day with our daughters and this afternoon with Mom for the continued celebration. Next week will be our... More

...This duo have been flirting harmoniously for several centuries. On the evening of April 27th 2016 myself and 50 other foodies had the privilege to attend a classic rare event. Held in the decorative ambiance of Cranston's,Chapel Grill/Sun Room the limelight featured the best of two gastronomic pleasures. Chef Tim Kelly together with Cakebread Cellars of Napa Valley,California sparked a... More

The restaurant is very beautiful and upon arrival we we're greeted. Customer service is stupendous, but the food is not worth the price. We were offered an appetizer and it sounded fine so we ordered it, without knowing it was $65... For an appetizer. Wouldn't go back, not worth it although the restaurant is very nice looking. You could find... More

Thank you for your feed back. The $65 appetizer you are referring to must be our Block Island Sound Shellfish Platter. Typically a table serving for lovers of raw bar, this appetizer is regarded as one of great value by our guests. 9 oysters, 9 cocktail shrimp, and 9 local littleneck clams would come to $77 if priced out by... Per usual, service was phenomenal, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was excellent! We've been here many times, and have never been disappointed! The Chapel Grille is a truly beautiful restaurant for couples or families.

We went for brunch. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Prepared food was okay. Scrambled eggs and prime rib were very overdone. We kept asking for rare pieces of the prime rib but there was not even pink to be seen and it is hard to see under the dark lighting and heat lamp. Very dissappointing.... More

Went for dinner with friends. Had a nice time , service and drinks were great but the food was just ok. Little on the high side, very under seasoned, small servings . Everyone's dinner was just , eh . Had potential but just didn't make it . The decor is beautiful though and the patio in the spring will be... More

My husband and I went there to celebrate our Anniversary. First we are seated near a party for some sort of "teen" celebration. Then the waitress forgets our salads. Once we are brought our food, we were not impressed, quantities are small, food needs more seasoning or something to make it more tasteful. For how expensive this place is not... More

There Tuesday night specials are exceptional. Several menu items at a discounted rate but same portion as when not discounted. This is a place to go if you want to carry on a conversation but not bother or be bothered by other patrons. The ambiance is what you would expect from a classy place. Menu prices are a little high... More

Went there for an early dinner with my aunt and sister. The service was very attentive, and the food was delicious. We had the Italian Bun as an app, I highly recco. Two of us had the linguini ailio olio, with grilled chicken,it was great. 1 had the chicken Marsala, also excellent. They had some delicious looking seafood and shellfish/... More

Wait staff very friendly and attentive but food is way over priced and really not that good. My home cooking has more flavor. If you want steak Texas Road House beats CG hands down. My daughter ordered grilled chicken and the thiner part was very dry. For the price the food should have better flavor. I had half roasted chicken... More
