Love the white bean roll. My husband always gets the sushi and sashimi combo. They have a ginger cocktail that is delish.

This place looks a little rough from the outside due to construction, but don't be fooled. The inside is very nice and the food was excellent. We had different dishes of sushi/non-sushi rolls and cooked noodle between us. It was all very good and the lunch prices are not bad either. I would definitely go there again.
We went out to celebrate my grandsons 16th birthday. Our chef was very talented, and our waiter was great! The food is delicious!!! You get so much you have to take 1/2 home! Ichiban is now one of my favorite restaurants!
The Friday night crown was in a festive mood and the hibachi grill room was LOUD and everyone enjoyed it. Birthdays were being celebrated and gongs were ringing out! The house was packed and the profession staff was making it look easy. Supper was the Chicken Hibachi consisting of a incredible Miso soup, salad with ginger dressing and a HUGE... More
We were visiting from out of town with family members. The dinner was delicious and the sake bombs were fun. Highly recommended.
Mr. D-nicer attended with three teens and three adults. It is remodeled and has an attractive setting. Had the house sushi, it was delicious. Everyone else had hibachi. Service was slow, but everyone enjoyed their meal. Good food and nice atmosphere. Staff were pleasant and chef was entertaining.
Bartender was very helpful, it was only are second time having sushi. I guess we played it safe and had the vegetable roll for my wife and a shrimp and avocado roll for me. Well be back. Very nice atmosphere. It looks like they just remodeled.
Loved the atmosphere! Awesome service and food. Truly Japanese. My husband was skeptical as he thought it would be fast food.I knew better. I had been exposed to Japaneses culture and knew he would like the food. He did and i was right!! Win. win!!! for me..
Sushi is always a bit iffy when you're not familiar with a place, but based on reviews we gave Ichiban a try. We were pleasantly surprised at how good the rolls we ordered were. Presentation is there for sure. Our waitress was wonderful. Very friendly establishment! If we ever drive through the area again we would definitely stop in again.
