If you are in Shartlesville I would stop here. Everyone was friendly . The food was hardy, good portion size and tasty. The decor is rustic but quaint.

We were at haags for breakfast, family style. It was awesome. As soon as our dishes were empty, they would fill them back up. Everything was very good. The atmosphere is very layed back and friendly

Excellent Chili and Ice cold Beer, can't ask for anything more on a cold windy day. I stop in every time that I am at the campground and the Women get on My nerves. Great getaway.

We stopped here on the way home to Baltimore. The hotel was built in the 1800's. The food is not gourmet, but old fashioned comfort food. The prices are quite reasonable.

We stumbled upon this spot and we are so glad we did. DEFINITELY get the sautéed pierogies. We got them on advice from our fantastic waiter (Michael) and he was not wrong.
