A wonderful improvement from my previous visit this summer when I had the world's worst steak sandwich here. The restaurant is recently under new ownership and it's a change for the better. We stopped in for dinner on a wet Friday night and sat at a high top table in the bar. I ordered the pork loin dinner special- fantastic.... More

We LOVED the Tavern and visited frequently, and were a little concerned when it changed ownership recently. Our fears subsided at our last visit. Wait staff were very timely and helpful. While the number of items on the menu has decreased, those that remain are higher quality and presented nicely. Our party of four ordered seafood, chili, pasta and burgers... More

It took me 15 years to finally stop, and get a meal at the Tavern. A place with recommendations for a long period of time. Recently several recommendations caught our dining eyes. The ribs are perfect fall off the bone with no fake liquid smoke, a nice size rack of ribs. Awesome potato salad that seemed to be made with... More

This is a Tavern which had live music starting at 8PM on Saturday night. It has a good reputation locally, and we went there for a late dinner (7 PM). Although several dishes were recommended, all three of us had hamburgers. I ordered medium, and got one that was medium well. My wife ordered medium rare and got well done... More

Wife and I have been Wednesday evening regulars for over a year. Only went for the open mic that night. No other reason to go. Food is fair to poor. Certainly overpriced for the quality. Beer, wine and liquor selection is limited, with their "top shelf" brands being middle of the spectrum. New ownership within last couple months has actually... More

Stopped here for an early dinner with my family after exploring the Delaware River area. We were pleased with our food, the service and beer selection. The entrees were very good and would recommend stopping by for a bite to eat and a few drinks.

I've visited the Rieglesville Tavern a several times before and it's always been quite enjoyable. But I'm wondering if their quality is going downhill recently. My wife and I recently stopped there for a late dinner. The early June weather was wonderful and we decided to sit on the porch, right off RT 611, which was really nice. Traffic was... More
