My family just had a tremendous dinner here. We ordered three delicious apps and then tried various different menu items featuring wild game and traditional tavern fare. The beer is great and our server was very friendly and efficient. Desert is also good.

I frequently take out of town business associates here for lunch during the week and it's always perfect! The french onion soup is spectacular, as well as every other app ive tried like scottish eggs! Beer is wonderful with 12 different selections at all time brewed on site! highly recommended!!!!

Was here for a small office Christmas dinner -- food was fantastic; service was super, but the lack of any acoustics in the high-ceilinged restaurant lends to lots of noise! A real downer when you want to have a conversation.

My husband and I were traveling and decided to have lunch in a small town right outside of Reading, PA. My husband had a glass of Uncle Fester beer which is made at the restaurant. He said it was delicious. The hamburger, prime rib sandwich, and French fries were all wonderful. The fries were not frozen. Everything is made fresh... More

We just attended a small class reunion here….my wife ordered the Crab Cakes and I ordered the Steak. Both meals were terrible, it's as simple as that!! First, the two crab cakes, which were terribly overcooked and dry were served with a glob of old potatoes with melted cheese over the top….DO NOT ODER THESE IF YOU ARE BRAVE ENOUGH... More

We had a group of 13 people for a rehearsal dinner. The waitress was amazing. She didn't write anything down and delivered drinks appetizers and main courses without a hitch. I ordered a steak wrapped in bacon at the recommendation of the waitress. The steak was just OK, but the cauliflower served with it was seasoned with garlic and it... More

We have been going here for YEARS...has always been our "go to" and still is. Awesome craft beer, awesome food, can't go wrong. Some of our faves...Prime rib cheese steak, sweet potato fries, wings, any of their salds...the cookie skillet they do for dessert, Beeramisu (their take on tiramisu) Service is great, always a pleasure to visit!!!

Tucked away in a the tiny town of Reamstown is this craft beer and restaurant. Fantastic menu and delicious food. Great selection of craft beers also. The atmosphere is of an old time brewery and is warm and friendly. you really need to give this place a try--you will have a wonderful time.

We'd been here several years ago and thought it was awful. Recently. we've heard good things about it and decided to try it again. Ample free parking in the rear, but enter thru a side street. The decor is interesting. "Old factory" styling with brick walls and lots of old wood. Relics from deceased breweries like Reading Beer, Sunshine, Ortlieb's... More

Don't be dissuaded by the oldie storefront window entrance! Inside you'll find a large eating and bar area with a high-ceiling, very open and bright. The floors are wooden, the atmosphere is friendly and the music is retro 70's and not too loud. There are a few large screen TVs you can see from wherever you sit but they're not... More
