Really great beer! I was so surprised at how great the spicy ginger beer was! And the flatbread and sausages we ordered were out of this world! Will definitely frequent again!

We enjoyed our New Years Eve dinner here. The atmosphere was great, as well as the food and drink. the wait staff was pleasant and friendly. The only drawback was the background music was a little loud and had trouble talking over it.

we had lunch there on Sunday & if it was empty when we arrived early it was full when we left.. our server was very attentive, all our choices were excellent & the desserts were to die for, never have tasted a better salted caramel cookie...

If you're touring the local breweries, then the Penn Brewery is a must stop. Go for the beer, it's fantastic and understand that the service is going to be mediocre.

This place has been understaffed almost every time we go. Pretzel appetizers are just frozen pretzels with mustard and cheeses sauce. On this visit waited forever for refills appeared to have one waitress for the entire section. Nice concept for a restraunt but not a good experience.

We went to dinner before a concert and we are happy we did. It is in a very cool building which add to the atmosphere. It is a German style brewery which is a favorite of mine. Their take on the different German styles are spot on and very delicious. For dinner I had a brat on a pretzel hot... More

The food here was AMAZING. The atmosphere was fun. We went with a group of friends (there was about 20 of us) and the staff was very accommodating to us we would definitely go again if we're ever back in this city!

Love this place! Historical building and awesome brewing history. German food was amazing. Highly recommend the Onion Apple Soup!

The Penn Brewery is a very good restaurant that has many beers to pick from. The food here is of very good quality and the portions served are hearty. They offer many seasonal brews on tap and also offer tours of their facility. I would recommend the fried pickles for an appetizer and the stroganoff with filet for a meal.... More

Had family in from out of town which includes a bunch of beer geeks that we need to please. We have been to Penn Brewery before and it is always been great and it did not disappoint on this visit. Everyone had a great time and the beer and food was fabulous. The beer geeks got the "Flight" of beer... More
