Consistently good food. The coal gives the pizza a unique flavor that in my opinion is much better than a gas fed oven. The wait to get your food can be long at times, but I'm guessing that is because everything appears to be made to order.

Stopped here on a shopping trip to REI for a quick lunch and beer. I have had coal fired pizza before at Frank Pepe Pizzeria in New Haven CT. It was ranked #1 pizza in the USA several times. Anthony's was right up there with them. Well done (burned around the edges) just the way I ordered it and got... More

We went out to celebrate a friend's belated birthday and we ordered three large pizzas for five people. Everyone loved the pizza and it was a great amount of pizza for us all to enjoy (we all ate a lot as well). I love the pizza there and everyone enjoyed their drinks as well (beer and cocktails).

We had dinner here two nights while in Pittsburgh for a week at the beginning of October. The pizza is thin and crispy and delicious! My favorite were the meatballs though. They're at least double the size of a normal meatball and served on a bed of marinara with a large scoop of fresh ricotta cheese and a wedge of... More

Went in for dinner last week. What's nice is you can get 1 piece but each half can be different. Pizza is well done and crispy which we love. Also had the wings which were excellent! Great place to stop in for dinner and drinks.

We had a birthday group of seven adults, and the restaurant was very accommodating to our special occasion requests. Ashley our waitress was also very patient in working with us. We ordered the Margherita Pizza, a Philly Cheesesteak Pizza, a pot of Meatballs, an order of wings, and a large salad. Everybody was very happy with all of the choices,... More

This restaurant is noted for their wood fired pizza. The crust is on the burned side, but is really good. At this trip I tried the meatball sandwich. This is the best meatball sandwich that I have ever tasted. The sauce is terrific. The sandwich comes with a pepper on it. If you do not like hot peppers, ask for... More

The pizza was delicious - just know, it's 'fancy' pizza! But the service was ... less than. For one, I don't really enjoy ordering and paying for a drink that comes in a plastic bottle with a glass of ice on the side as did our iced teas and our 'diy' Shirley Temple and Cherry Coke. We also never saw... More

Stopped with my Mother for dinner - and we were both so happy we did!! Our waitress, the bartender - Isabella, I believe - couldn't have been more professional and fun! She explained immediately how the pizza arrives, how to warm it at home - in a pan on the stove with oil (we used olive oil) to crisp up... More

My grandchildren and I stopped at Anthony's as we were hungry for pizza. We are all glad we stopped. We ordered a large pizza with pepperoni. When it arrived, 90% of the pizza was covered with pepperoni. We thought it was one of the best pizzas we ever ate.
