A better than average-to-quite-good diner, which does a very respectable breakfast business locally. Fresh locally sourced eggs, sausage, bacon, ham steaks, scrapple and beef among the treats on the menu. Better entrees include hot open-face sandwiches such as turkey, or fried entrees such as the many seafood items. Fried fish with crispy fries is a personal favorite of mine. Great... More

Silverware was dirty. Floor was dirty & it was morning!! Breakfast order was wrong & not cooked well Service was slow & not attentive It is now called Katie's NOT Northwestern Grill. Please take note of that ! The former owners of the Grill would not want to be associated with this.

I have been there many times because it is close to home,I ordered the special one evening and they were out so I decided to have the oyster stew. It was very very good. Have been back twice since and it was just as good as the first time. Would recommend the grill to anyone looking for a good meal.

Long before I walked the planet, this place started off as a simple ice cream stand where you could also get a burger and fry. When the original owners sold the new owners decided to expand, converting it into a small diner. Unfortunately they were not able to make it work (financially) and closed. Fast forward a few owners, this... More

My husband raved about the food, but he said he is not sure if he would go back because it was not clean and there were flies that were very bothersome. I used the restroom after we ate. If I had used it before we ate, I don't think I would have enjoyed the food as much as I did.... More

We made the mistake of visiting this diner. It used to be nice, but now is beyond dirty. The staff was dirty. The dishes are dirty. The floor, the menus, the bathroom was dirty. The staff was rude. We weren't brought the correct order. It was a terrible experience. It's the next day and I'm still feeling sick from the... More

The prices at NW Grille are middle to low range. The food quality is top notch! The only problem we find is that even though the food is great, the wait-staff are really friendly but sometimes if you're not getting what's featured--it takes forever so don't be in a rush! THE Friday night ALL-YOU-CAN eat FISH NIGHT is incredible! THE... More

Comparable to a small time diner. Great soups - all homemade. Favorite dishes of the locals are Turkey Rachel, hot turkey sandwich platter, and on Saturdays the best Eggs Benedict. Not unusual to hear customers speaking to each other in Pennsylvania Dutch! Unusual ice cream flavors as well.
